The Music Technology & Business Society of Temple University is a student-run organization sponsored by the Boyer College of Music & Dance and connected to the Philadelphia Student Section of the Audio Engineering Society. MTBS was founded by music technology students in 2018 because they felt they lacked a sense of business education and connection in the program. By making the club accessible to all majors, this organization has been able to attract students of all interests and skill levels. We aim to further educate and inform students of different careers and pathways in the industry, while also creating a lasting network.
